1. What should I know before my first class?
Welcome! We’re so excited to have you in the studio!
Here’s everything you need to feel prepared:

Location: 1458 North 30th Street (street parking available nearby)

Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early

What to wear: Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing

Footwear: Barefoot or grip socks

Equipment: All mats and props are provided
2. When should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class.
Classes often run back-to-back, so this gives time for the previous class to wrap up and ensures everything is set up for you.
3. What if I’m running late?
We get it, life happens!

4. What is your cancellation policy?
Group Classes

Cancel at least 6 hours before class

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the credit or a fee
Private Sessions

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations will be charged in full
You can cancel or reschedule anytime through the Momence app.
5. What happens if the studio cancels a class?
In rare cases (weather, low enrollment, or instructor availability), we may need to cancel a class.

The class will be marked as cancelled in Momence
You’ll receive a credit or refund automatically.
6. Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Not at all! We love beginners. If you’re new, we recommend starting with a foundations class or a private session so you can learn the basics and feel comfortable using the equipment.
7. What class should I start with?
We recommend starting with Reformer Foundations or a private session to learn proper form and build confidence.
8. Do you offer intro packages?
Yes! We offer intro packages for group classes and private sessions designed to help you ease into your practice and experience the studio.
9. What is your class size?
We keep classes intentionally small (6-9 people max) to ensure personalised attention and proper form.
10. Where should I park?
Street parking is available.
11. What if a class is underbooked?
Classes require a minimum number of participants. If underbooked, a class may be cancelled within 12 hours - no fees will apply, and you’ll be notified. We may contact you to reschedule.
12. Can I take classes if I’m pregnant?
Yes! Pilates can be a great way to stay strong and supported throughout your pregnancy.
