Membership FAQs

When does my membership start?
Your membership begins when you take your first class booked with your plan.
For example, if your first class is on December 15, your month runs from December 15 to January 15. You will not lose time if you start later in the month.

How does billing, renewal, and class credit usage work?

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew each month on the same date. Credits refresh at each renewal and are valid for that billing cycle only. Credits do not roll over into the next month; they reset with each new cycle to help support consistent practice.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time through Momence before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. If you are unsure how to do this, you can always reach out, and we will help you with the process.

What is the no-show and late cancellation policy?
If you cannot make a class, please cancel at least 6 hours before the start time to keep your credit.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class or missed classes will result in the loss of that credit.

Do memberships guarantee me a spot in class?
Classes must be reserved in advance to secure your spot. Membership does not guarantee a place in a specific class, so we encourage you to book as early as possible, especially for peak times.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You may pause your membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
A written request is required at least 7 days before the pause start date. Membership fees will not be charged during your pause period.

Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable. In the case of a medical emergency or other significant life event, we can review situations individually and do our best to find a supportive solution.

Can membership prices or terms change?
From time to time, we may adjust membership pricing or policies. If that happens, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email so you have time to review and decide what feels best for you.

What classes can I use my membership for?
Memberships can be used for all group classes on the schedule, including Reformer, Springboard, Mat, and Jumpboard, unless otherwise noted. Any class exclusions will be clearly labeled in the schedule.

I am new to Pilates. Is a membership right for me?
Many new clients start with an intro offer or a few drop-ins first. Once you know you want to come regularly, a membership is the most supportive and cost-effective option. If you are not sure where to start, reach out and we are happy to guide you.
