Starter Series – Intro to Mat, Reformer, & Springboard

Over three Wednesday evenings, you’ll move with a small group of beginners, learning the fundamentals of Pilates in a fun and supportive setting. You’ll explore:

  • Mat Pilates – Core foundations and breathwork you can take anywhere

  • Reformer Pilates – Springs, carriage, and footbar basics that build strength and stability

  • Springboard Pilates – A playful, challenging way to move with wall-mounted springs

 

By the end of the series, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready to step into any class on the schedule.
